Withdrawal Policy

Article Withdrawal Procedure:

  1. Initial Confirmation by Corresponding Author: The corresponding author must provide explicit confirmation of their intention to retract the submitted manuscript.

  2. Formal Communication with the Editor-in-Chief: Following the confirmation, the corresponding author is required to initiate communication with the Editor-in-Chief via email to formally request the manuscript withdrawal.

  3. Issuance of Withdrawal Form: Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, a manuscript withdrawal form will be sent to the corresponding author’s email address.

  4. Authorial Consent: All co-authors must duly sign the withdrawal form, thereby indicating their unequivocal consent to the manuscript’s retraction.

  5. Submission of Completed Form: Upon receipt of the fully executed withdrawal form from the corresponding author, the manuscript will be immediately removed from further processing.

  6. Financial Implications:

    • No Processing Charges: If the manuscript is withdrawn within seven (7) days of submission, no article processing charges (APC) shall be levied.
    • Post-7 Days or Following Initial Acceptance: In the event of a withdrawal request made after the aforementioned period or after the manuscript has been initially accepted (as confirmed via email), the author will be obligated to remit the applicable article processing charges (APC).
